What changed in search
Search used to end with a list of options. Now it ends with a summary that names a handful of businesses. If yours is not inside it, the click never arrives and the visit never appears in your analytics.
People ask ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude which company to use, then arrive already decided. That conversation happens without you unless your content is structured so a model can quote it and credit you.
What changed in building
A demo proves a feature works when everything goes right. Software is tested by what happens afterwards: the connection leak that only appears under load, the race that drops a cart update, the route somebody forgot to protect.
Every one of those examples is from our own production work, found and fixed after launch. We publish them because the ability to handle that is the actual difference between one developer and another.
Our one structural rule
Every agency says it cares about results. Most are also managing two hundred accounts with junior executives who rotate every eight months. We have seen what that produces and it is not what we want to build.
When the roster is capped, the strategist who plans your campaign runs it, and the engineer who builds your application is the one who answers when something breaks at eleven at night.
