The Cubas builds full stack web applications, ecommerce platforms and APIs using Next.js, React, TypeScript and Node.js, with PostgreSQL or MongoDB behind them. Every build ships with search architecture, structured data and a performance budget already in place, and WordPress migrations preserve existing rankings.

Each one has shipped, been handed over, and stayed maintainable afterwards. That last part is the one nobody writes on a services page.
Why this is different
Most agencies build a site, invoice, and leave someone else to explain the traffic drop. We do both halves, so there is nowhere to hide.
Rendering strategy, metadata, schema, internal linking and URL structure are settled before a component is designed. Retrofitting those is why most rebuilds lose traffic they spent years earning.
Our engineers hand the site to our own SEO team. That removes the usual standoff where the developer blames the strategy and the strategist blames the code.
Connection leaks, race conditions, privilege escalation paths. Every one of those is from our own production work, found and fixed after launch. That is where software is actually tested.

Next.js and React on the frontend with TypeScript throughout, Node.js services behind it, and MongoDB or PostgreSQL for data. Sites are server rendered or statically generated so they load fast and remain fully readable to search engines and AI crawlers.
Yes, and preserving rankings is the first requirement of the project rather than an afterthought. We inventory every indexed URL, map redirects one to one, match or improve metadata and structured data, then compare crawls before and after launch to confirm nothing dropped.
Largest Contentful Paint under 2.5 seconds on mobile, Cumulative Layout Shift under 0.1 and Interaction to Next Paint under 200 milliseconds. We build to tighter internal budgets than that, because Core Web Vitals influence rankings and AI crawlers abandon slow pages entirely.
Yes. Ongoing engineering support covers dependency updates, security patching, monitoring, performance regression tracking and feature development on an agreed cadence, which gives teams engineering capacity without the cost of an in house hire.
We will tell you whether it needs fixing or replacing, and we will say so when fixing is cheaper. A rebuild you do not need is not a sale we want.
