Who we are
The Cubas Limited is a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16344754, with its office at 28 Hodges Close, Swindon, SN1 7DX. We are the data controller for personal data submitted through this website.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry or audit request we collect the name, business name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, website address, budget range, current situation and any goals you choose to describe.
Our hosting provider processes standard technical information such as IP address and user agent for security and abuse prevention. We use this to rate limit form submissions.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare an audit where one is requested, and communicate about work you have asked us to quote for or deliver. The lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated, and contract performance where we are engaged.
We do not sell your data. We do not add enquirers to marketing sequences without a separate opt in.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered by email through our transactional email provider and stored in our business email account. Our website is hosted on a cloud platform which processes request logs on our behalf. Each of these processors is bound by its own data processing terms.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become client work are retained for up to 24 months so we can pick up a conversation you restart. Records relating to client engagements are retained for the period required by UK accounting and tax obligations.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, or object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email yousuf@thecubas.com and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookies present are strictly necessary for the site to function. If we add analytics in future, this policy will be updated before it goes live.
